  • Messages sent to the AI Coach
  • Community interactions (achievement sharing)

  • App usage data (sessions completed, features accessed, time spent)
  • Device information (device type, operating system, app version)
  • Crash reports and error logs

c. Wearable & Health Data (With Permission)

  • Step count (via Apple Health or Google Fit, if enabled)
  • Sleep duration (if wearable integration is active)

We do NOT collect:

  • GPS/location data
  • Financial data (all payments are handled by Apple/Google)
  • Medical records or clinical data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Personalize your exercise program and recommendations
  • Track your progress and display insights within the App
  • Power the AI Coach responses
  • Send session reminders and health tips (with your permission)
  • Improve App features and user experience
  • Communicate important updates about the service

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) — under strict data protection agreements
  • Apple / Google for in-app purchase processing

We will never share your health profile data for advertising purposes.
